We had an amazing stay near the beach, enjoying the sunset with drinks from the Cabana outlet. the room and bathroom were clean, spacious, and comfortable. the staff provided great service, and the breakfast had a wide variety of dishes. the kids had a blast at the pool, and we were impressed by the reasonable prices of the restaurant.

We experienced issues with the check-in process, which took time.

on arrival we were upgraded to an executive suite which was really good, big, clean and convenient to all the resorts facilities. the pool was good but the water slide needs some work, the restuarant was good, food really good i enjoyed the breakfasts, good beach i would have no hesitation in staying there in the future. We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, with a quiet beach that is just fantastic. We loved taking walks along the beach, enjoying the beautiful scenery and watching the stunning sunsets in the evening. The hotel is nestled in a picturesque 'kampung' area, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere.

For me the staff is very polite. Very good customer service but for my 3 lovely children of course their attraction is the swimming pool and the slide.

The pool should surrounding more with big trees so it not too hot.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was really helpful and friendly, making me feel like I was at home. The hotel facilities were clean and convenient with a great swimming pool. The location was perfect as it was close to some really nice restaurants and bars. I loved the fact that I could go for a nice walk on the beach and watch the beautiful sunset and it was really convenient to the airport.

Strange smell in the room, quilts are kinda "wet"; the window is so small that i can barely get any sunlight into the room, which reminds me of some miserable figure in movies...

Their service is poor and under expection based on my paid value.

Great location and value for money. the hotel is situated near the beach and just a short walk away from the city. the rooms were clean and had excellent facilities, including a beautiful pool and friendly staff. the hotel also offered a delicious breakfast and had a variety of food options.

Some of the staff could have been more helpful, especially when it came to organizing dinner. the phone in the room was not functioning, which made it difficult to order food.

Great stay with beautiful beachfront and clean rooms. Enjoyed the vibrant ambiance and relaxing views. Perfect spot to relax and recharge.

The hotel lacks variety in food menu and is a bit far from the city center. Limited transportation options can make it a challenge to get around.
